Product update
Novero International GmbH are transferring the production of the after market car kits and some of the bluetooth headset devices to a new factory in Germany.
This has temporarily affected the supply of:
Whilst this action is regrettable at a time when sales or after market car kits are at a premium in Ireland and the UK, it is hoped to resume supply of the products listed in the Summer of 2013.
In the meantime, and realising the need to maintain supply, Ashfield Communications have been appointed Distributor of the iO range of Premium Bluetooth Music Kits, the iOTalk2 and iOPlay2, both of which are now available ex-stock. We also have stocks of the Motorola TK30 Bluetooth Car Kit for the budget priced market.
Full details and specs on these products will be posted on our website this week: www.ashcomms.ie, and point of sale material has now arrived and will be distributed over the coming weeks.
We would take this opportunity to apologise to our own Customers for the sudden decision by Novero to take this action, and for all other matters relating to this change of manufacturing policy which unfortunately were made without warning, and were therefore totally out of our control. We thank you for your continued support, and look forward to demonstrating the IO range to you in due course, and maintaining supplies of alternative products in the meantime.
Please note, the Novero Helpline and warranty service is NOT affected by this action, and we have been assured that there are adequate stocks of replacement parts available, please phone 01-2460277 , if the phone is unattended, please leave a message on the answering service quoting Serial Number and nature of the fault, replacement parts will be sent directly by DHL.
Supply of the Novero Ford retrofit kit has not been affected as these kits are already in production in Germany, and are available ex-stock from Ashfield Communications, the kits are available for the standard Ford CD6000 and Sony head units, and a variant to suit the new Fiesta and Focus models will be available in April 2013.
